Is there a delivery charge?
There is free delivery for orders $300 or more in Boston, $500 or more in Cambridge. Delivery charges vary according to location from 151 Pearl Street - $10 for Boston, $12 for Cambridge

How much notice is required?
Since all of our food is made to order, 24 hours notice is preferred, a few specific items require 36 hours. However, we will accommodate last minute orders to the best of our abilities. We do ask for some flexibility in menu items and delivery times.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are accepted up until the food is prepared. Orders over $300 require 24 hours notice, over $500 require 48 hours notice, and orders over $1000 require 72 hours cancellation notice

Are paper products included?
There is no charge for paper products for orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00 a nominal fee of $0.25 per person will be charged. Paper tablecloths and cake knives are available for $3.75 and $2.50 each respectivley.

Do you use china or have service staff?
We can provide a complete range of rental equipment and services through local companies for a 20% fee. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all services. Our house trays and heavyweight baskets are available for your use at no additional charge.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, corporate checks upon delivery and of course cash (delivery personnel do not carry change). If you are interested in opening a house charge account you can download the Account Application HERE, or call or e-mail us.
